Elisa brings the learning and wisdom of over 2 decades working in the domain of Executive Coaching, Strategic Management, Organizational- and Learning Development. As a successful business owner and entrepreneur transforming lives and businesses of thousands of people internationally, she has facilitated both organizational and individual interventions for a wide range of clients from small businesses to large corporations.
Elisa is highly skilled in designing, delivering and managing a wide range of interventions from small project teams to large World Café interventions. Previous projects include: Global Neuro-Leadership, Coaching Programs for Fortune 500 company managers. Team retreats for project teams around the world, including e-learning. Strategy & Leadership interventions for executives to align purpose, strategy and vision. ICF certified Executive Coaching programs for directors and middle managers. A Relocation Professionals Coaching Program in cooperation with Oxford Brookes University. Sales & Coaching interventions for partners at Management Consultancies. Keynotes on the brain and changing habits at various annual association conferences.
Elisa is an ICF PCC certified coach currently being reviewed for MCC. For clients ranging from the boardroom to high potentials, Elisa maintains a balance of human empathy and integrity whilst keeping bottom-line business results in mind. Elisa’s coaching approach is founded in behavioral neuroscience & systems theory, aligning outside-in organizational purpose with personal inside-out values and for strategy to merge with EQ in order to achieve high engagement & performance.
When Elisa is not outdoors (her favorite place), she can be found working on interior design projects, singing & dancing and exploring cultural events nearby. As a way of saying thanks, Elisa provides voluntary coaching to veterans for the US based organization ‘Stand Beside Them’.
John has a 25 year international career as a coach and change management expert and works with senior leadership teams on strategy execution, program management, organizational learning, leadership development, change consulting and executive coaching. Most recently he has tailored and pioneered the application of agile development practices within the complex field of learning and development.
As Director of Program Management for Q595 in Germany until end of 2013, John managed 40 professional trainers across 12 global locations and played a pivotal role in the seamless delivery of high quality leadership development programs across the world.
Over a period of 12 years John held numerous senior positions at Nokia globally; as Transformation Program Manager leading several initiatives including a Future Mode of Operations transformation program across five countries in North and South America. Previous to that he headed up Process Consulting, a brand new and converged business unit during the set up of Nokia Siemens Networks joint venture. John’s career reflects a steady track record of thinking beyond the organizational silos and across service lines. He played a significant part in leveraging process consulting solutions to secure $200+ million upsell in systems and software. He established and steered numerous business development forums within the new joint venture to promote innovation through conversation.
Beyond understanding business environments, systems & processes and what really engages people, John’s facilitation style is very empathetic and natural, listening wholeheartedly, and always empowering clients to believe in what is possible and what still needs to be discovered.
John holds an MA in Languages and Literature, an MSc in Information Management and with further qualifications in economic history and management. He completed the rigorous Nokia Senior Management program (firm internal MBA). He is a certified ICF Coach, an experienced Lean practitioner and qualified ScrumMaster in Agile Project Management.
